2005 Annual NEOCA Conference:

The 2005 Annual NEOCA Conference will be at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC on September 17, 2005, just prior to the 24nd Annual Council for Opportunity in Education (COE) Conference, which begins on September 18, 2005.

 


Based on a tentative schedule, the NEOCA Conference will begin with registration from
8:00 am to 9:00 am on September 17.  
The first session will begin at 9:00 am and the conference will finish with dinner at 7:00 pm to ?.
